Three workshops specifically designed for companies
Meta-team consciousness
Autopictography enables far-reaching awareness and visualisation of the meta-group by creating a genuine common language through drawing. Through the production of joint natural drawings, individuals are led to create a language of figurative signs which reach beyond the specificities of individuals whilst increasing their individual consciousness.
The results achieved are of great quality. They can, as a result, be exhibited with pride.
Minimum workshop duration is one and a half hours. Sessions lasting for a half-day and a full day can be booked.

Contribution to stress management
Stress is often linked to the difficulties encountered in experiencing a situation when confronted with external constraints. It can have a powerful effect in preventing the harmonious functioning of our various abilities and can eventually have a harmful affect on these.
So, by allowing stress placed on our adaptability to be symbolised, autopictography helps us to resolve this stress and distance ourselves from it in real life. Its ability to create a catharsis of tension plays an active role in reducing stress both of individuals and that of the group.
This major characteristic was updated in the 1950s by a study undertaken into the effects of natural drawing. Minimum workshop duration is one and a half hours. Sessions lasting for a half-day and a full day can be booked.

Optimising the plasticity of the brain.
To think and to act, we unconsciously reproduce the same patterns and follow the same neural markers.
These mental configurations often shroud other paths, sometimes more creative and better suited, to face new challenges which we encounter.
The psychic mechanisms implemented by autopictography open alternative paths to those of logical thought. By activating the prefrontal brain, we are led towards more intuitive states of consciousness, where creation frees itself from stereotypical principles. Autopictography appears to be beneficial in preparing meetings with the much sought creative value.
Minimum workshop duration is one and a half hours. Sessions lasting for a half-day and a full day can be booked.
